About me

Since the birth of our son Seven, I had only one goal: get him to sleep through the night as soon as possible and get my sleep back. I googled for hours, read everything about babies and sleep, read several books about it, every forum that existed and remembered everything from my sisters' experiences with their kids. A lot of research, perseverance, rest, regularity and love ensured that he slept through the night in no time. This also worked with our daughter; a different child with different needs, but also here I had one goal: to create a healthy sleep rhythm. This interest in sleep and the efforts made, ensure that we are still grateful on a daily basis with our good sleepers.

With this experience and knowledge, I also started helping friends. With success! Until my friend said "you really should do something with this, it is so nice when you are assisted in this and the result is invaluable". After a Master's degree and twelve years of work experience in the communications world, I started following my heart. I started to professionalize and completed my training as a child sleep coach. As a certified baby and child sleep coach, I now love helping families develop good sleep habits. Now I am doing something I love most; helping families at a very challenging stage of parenthood and making a difference in their lives.
